Selected Covers
The first three in a series of seven covers for the NYRB Classics reissues of Amit Chaudhuri’s novels. Chaudhuri wrote: “I think the covers are really wonderful, as I said to Edwin the moment I saw them - better than anything I might have dreamt up. My thanks and admiration to Zoe Guttenplan!”
I used Kafka’s own illustration and signature on Harvard University Press’s new translation of his short stories.
As the lead designer for Archipelago Books, I created covers using the existing series design each season. Working within the David Bullen-designed format, I focused on creating eye-catching books that exuded quality and care in every aspect.
